ALM 32: How To Move Your Dreams Into Reality

When chasing our dreams, there are two extremes of people.  The first type is all about the hustle—constantly on go, and maybe finding themselves short of time for themselves and their families.  It’s all about the grind.

Others are all about the flow.  They take a laid back approach and believe that everything they want will manifest in front of their eyes.

The truth is there is a delicate balance between the hustle and the flow.  At the end of it all, you must take action to get what you want.  Perhaps you have big goals and haven’t been taking action.  If that’s the case, it’s time to start making moves.

Ask yourself, “What do I really want?”  Do you have a dream you’ve given up on?  Maybe you simply have not been taking enough action to turn this dream into reality.

Consider the process an idea goes through when it is birthed in your mind to when it manifests into reality:

  1. Spiritual body – This is where the creativity and energy flows.
  2. Mental body – Here, you start really thinking and exploring this idea.
  3. Emotional body – The gut reaction comes into play in the emotional body.  You will know whether or not it’s something you want to pursue.
  4. Physical body – This is where you step into action and begin to make your idea a reality.

You must allow your energy to flow through these bodies and create momentum.  When you take action on your dreams, they are flowing through your heart and creativity.  If you don’t take action, you force that energy back up into the mental body, where it gets stuck in your head.

Often times, we begin to create momentum, but make the mistake of talking to someone about our dream or idea.  If they have a negative reaction, we allow their negativity to stop us in our tracks.  Because of this, you must guard your dreams very carefully, especially with whom you share them.

Remember, time waits for no one.  Don’t wait until the end of your life to look back and wish you had pursued your dreams.

What is your mission?  What is your purpose?  What do you want to create?  It doesn’t have to be grand; it only has to fulfill your heart’s desire.
